General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions define the terms of use of the website and the purchase of products through the online store EliteKid.eu, available at https://elitekid.eu (hereinafter: the “online store”).

By using the online store, the user confirms that they are familiar with these General Terms and Conditions and agree to them.
1. Product Information
The provider strives to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information; however, minor deviations in product description, color, or packaging may occur.
All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
The product price, delivery cost, and total order amount are clearly displayed to the customer before placing the order.
2. Ordering Process
The purchasing process includes the following steps:
- selecting products and adding them to the cart
- entering personal and delivery information
- selecting the payment method
- reviewing and confirming the order
After placing the order, the customer receives an order confirmation via email.
The sales contract between the provider and the customer is concluded at the moment the provider confirms the order.
The contract is concluded in the Slovenian language.
3. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available:
For individuals:
- cash on delivery
- bank transfer (proforma invoice)
For legal entities:
- bank transfer (proforma invoice)
The provider reserves the right to change payment methods.
4. Delivery
Products in stock are usually shipped within 10 working days from order confirmation.
Delivery is carried out by contractual partners such as:
- Pošta Slovenije
- GLS
- other courier services
The delivery cost is €4.00 (VAT included).
Delivery is free for orders over €30.
If a product cannot be delivered within the expected timeframe, the customer will be notified.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Withdrawal can be communicated via email:

or in writing to the company address.
The customer must return the product within 14 days of notifying withdrawal.
The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.
The product must be:
- undamaged
- unused
- in its original packaging
The provider will refund the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice but may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received.
6. Non-Conformity of Goods
The customer has the right to claim non-conformity of goods in accordance with applicable legislation.
A product is considered non-conforming if:
- it does not have the properties required for normal use
- it does not have the characteristics explicitly promised
- an incorrect product was delivered
The customer must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it.

8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
In accordance with legislation, the provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for resolving disputes.

9. Limitation of Liability
The provider strives to ensure uninterrupted operation of the online store but does not assume responsibility for any technical issues or temporary unavailability of the website.
